Unbeknownst to us, that evening of laughter and deep conversation over Ethiopian food planted the seeds for something extraordinary – the birth of x+o consulting.
With more than two decades of collective expertise, we identified a significant gap in the market: a lack of specialized support for emerging women-of-color-owned businesses.
United by our experience and interest in the fashion, beauty, and wellness industry, we saw an opportunity to make a difference.
